The ATLAS AG-1120 combines automatic strip cutting with the counter pressure punching process, and is therefore an important production line for the finishing process of sophisticated products punched in stacks. It’s used whenever top precision is demanded.

Regardless of whether the machine is set up in-line or off-line to the upstream process, and whether the pre-cut strip stacks are fed manually or automatically, the ATLAS AG-1120 offers all flexibility, even in regards to the substrates being processed.

Compact dimensions, easy accessibility, very efficient thanks to short set-up time and safe to use – these are the positive features of this counter-pressure system. It is mainly used where top performance and highest accuracy is required, but not (yet) in-line banding (e.g. thin bottleneck foils).

The ATLAS AG-1120 can be upgraded with an automatic banding unit in order to take advantage of all the benefits of the fully automatic ATLAS AG-1110 counter pressure die-cutting machine.
